Hello All,
I've got a client looking for a one bedroom rental from January 1st through March 19th for $3,000/month including utilities. If you have something that works and are okay to pay a commission (rate is negotiable), please let me know and we'll do some business!

Tell your client that $3,000 is way too much to pay for a 1 bedroom even with utilities included. You can find excellent accomodations for 1/2 that.
