I have a client looking for a one bedroom to rent long term on STX. She is a female student looking to rent for $500-$1000 per month including utilities. She would like to start her 6 month to 1 year lease in October. If you have anything that suits, or if anyone is looking for a roommate to take over around that time, let me know and we'll see if we can work something out.

Although October is a few months away, I usually have one to two units that fit the needs. Location is across from ST C Condos(in same gated community). Rents range from $750 to $1,000(not including electric), all units have separate meters. Units are furnished, new split a/c units, laundry and pool facilities. Total of 6 units I rent, minus the one the wife and I live in. After a hard day, a peacefull place to relax.
