Hello good people! Another apartment will be opening on October 1st and will be ready to rent by the 7yh-15th (I want to have some masonry sealed and the colors changed as well as a thorough cleaning). It is a small one bedroom, but quite comfortable. WiFi (highspeed/broadband), TV (Dish Network with HBO/Showtime) and utilities included except for A/C. The rent is $675 per month, includes everything again unless a) the overall electric goes over $400, or b) the A/C is used. We will work it out amicably should that occur. It has a full sized bed in a nice bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and patio. Very secluded, but only 1/3 mile from Christiansted.
To secure, a person needs to show proof of employment or ability to pay rent, 1st month's rent and a one month deposit. The lease is most often renewable. It has a small kitchen, more like a hotel efficiency kiitchen. There is safe parking on the street and mail delivery to the house.
If you would like to receive photos, please just let me know and I will send them (along with the colors that it will be after painting).

PS: The house is generally a non party kind of house. Good for some, not for others. Just letting you know. A bit of a Putnam house
