We have a VERY large one plus bedroom right above Sapphire Beach in a private gated home. So if you are a beach person this may be right for you. The private home is located in a gated community down a private road. The bedroom is 16 x 16 as well as the living room. There is a guest bedroom/office also. There is a laundry as well as a pool. It is one and one half miles to red hook and you can catch the Safari at the end of the private road.
It comes with wireless internet and basic cable. A 60$ value. You pay water and electric.
First last and one month security required.
Not looking for party animals.
1400 a month.
