Hello there. An unexpected vacancy has come up on the 1 bedroom apartment just outside of Christiansted. Although it will actually be open two weeks before, I want to get a worker in to seal some settling cracks, fumigate due to all the insects from the hurricane, and repaint to make it more comfortable. The rent is $700, includes utlilities, Direct TV with HBO/Showtime and WiFi. The only additional cost would be A/C if used due to the enormous cost of electricity.

Person moving in must have proof of employment, and a decent rental history. It is a nice apartment, note very large, but affordable. It is quiet, serene and lots of greenery everywhere.

I hate to say this, although I don't think it is a secret here, but if you are running away from problems in the states, or abuse substances, please do not reply. I have been here a long time, and find that these situations almost never work out.

For the rest of you, which is the majority, thank you again for all, and I am very flexible and willing to work with people so that this will suit your needs.

All the best,

Dan

Hello!

Is this unit still available? We are relocating as of October 31, 2010.

I am relocating from Denver, CO with my boyfriend and 10 lb. dog (neutered, housebroken, vaccinated).

I have current proof of employment...but am hoping to secure a fun job that is NOT in the social work field. I am not running from anything here in Denver...just wanting to explore the world before I settle down in life. I have great rental history and will provide a Letter of Reccomendation from my current landlord and previous/current employer.

If you are interested in us as renters, please email me at [email protected]

Have fun in the sun!

Heya,

I was hoping you could tell me more about the location of the apartment. I currently work for the nature conservancy here on St. Croix. Any pictures you could provide would be appreciated as well.

Many thanks,
Scott
