We have a one plus bedroom right above Sapphire Beach in a private gated home with a fence around the entire property. This property also has a master vehicle gate to enter our private road. The bedroom is 16 x 16 and has lots of closets. The living room is also 16 x 16. The full kitchen comes with a microwave, frig, and range. There is another room that can serve as an office or a GUEST bedroom. So there is plenty of space. This is a very private location. No Red Hook noise to 2 AM or ferry boat noises. Level parking. Quiet! And if you are a beach person you can walk to Sapphire Beach or Linquest. Ideal for a professional team who needs an office or has an guest every now and then.
The apartment is about 1 and 1/2 miles from Red Hook and the Safari can be caught at the end of our private road.
The property has a pool and laundry and there is wireless internet and basic cable. The views are unbeatable of Sapphire, the BVI and St. John.
The rent is 1450 a month. First, last and one month security required.
We might consider a well behaved pet.
