Downtown Christiansted bordering St. Mary's School. 19AB Queen Street. Newly painted, tiled and panelled, ceiling fans, very nice inside. Unfurnished, has a refrigerator and a gas stove. Can provide pics if you are interested. $375.00 per month. Utilities not included.

Hi! My husband and I are very curious about your rental. We just moved here and are living out of a hotel ($$ yikes), and we are looking to rent immediately. My husband is a teacher, and I look to bartend downtown (hence why your location is so exciting for us). We have two small dogs (smaller than most cats actually). They are very well behaved, and potty trained. Molly is 7, Mikey is 6 (yrs old).
If the dogs aren't an issue, I'd be very interested in seeing some pictures of your place.

My husband and I walked past this place, and we are extremely interested. Dying to hear from you. We'd do a pet deposit no problem. Excellent renters. We keep to ourselves mostly and are very quiet.
