1 bedroom, LR, bath, patio etc., Christiansted STX

Hello good people! A one bedroom apartment on the East side of Christiansted will be available as of August 10th. I has a large and airy bedroom, living room w/ kitchenette, bath and a 6x20 patio. Very nice, great landscaping, view of mountain, quiet, serene. Off street parking. $750 includes WiFi,rent, utilities, satellite TV w/ HBO/Showtime, fully furnished inside and on patio. Starter sheets/towels provided. It does have a/c, however no one has ever used it. If used, and the electric bill increases significantly, we would ask for some support in that area. On 1/3 acre of gardens, patio is partially under a Flamboyant tree with 100 orchids. Lovely.

Hurricane proof, two generators etc. This is on the Island of St. Croix Often, I get requests for other islands, so I just want to make this clear.
