We have a fully furnished one bedroom in a private gated house for 1250 a month plus utilities. First, last and security required for a one year lease. It is in a very private location with laundry and pool and you can walk to sapphire and linquest beaches. We have hammocks and a gas grill to cook on. There is an in site care taker if there is a problem as well as we are here most of the time. There is a bedroom that has AC and a balcony and great views of St. John. There is a separate bath area and sink and then there is a living room with a balcony and a kitchen area.
We will accept a pet, if it is the right pet.
Included are gas to cook on, wireless Internet and basic cable.
