We have just painted this beautiful furnished 1 bedroom apartment within walking distance to Sapphire and Linquest beaches. So it really pops. It will rent for 1175/month plus utilities. There is a air conditioned bedroom with a balcony as well as a living room with a balcony. This breezy apartment looks out over St. John and Tortola. There is a pool as well as laundry facilities, gas grill, hammocks and lots of shade to sit under as you look out onto the water. You can also get the safari at the end of our private road.
The apartment is located in a gated private home. This more than a place just to sleep it is a home. Flat parking, Internet, gas to cook on and basic cable are provided.
