We have a one bedroom apartment in a private home that has an added office room available on 6/1 overlooking Sapphire Beach. This unit is VERY large with lots of closet space. You can walk to Sapphire, Pelican and Linquest beaches. The master bedroom is 15 x 15 as well as the living room. There is a galley kitchen and It has a front screened porch. The property is gated and has a pool as well as a laundry. It rents for 1450 a month and comes with wireless internet and basic cable TV. It has fantastic views of St. John and the BVI. You pay electric and water. This is a VERY quiet
It rents for 1450 a month and you will need first last and one month security. Also, you will need to have an established job with no party animals need apply.
