I'm leaving the island and I want to find a replacement tenant for my sweet Landlord.
It's a one bedroom, separate kitchen, living room, dining area and bath.
The apt is very roomy with lots of window. It nicely furnished completely. The
bedroom is hugh. Free cable and all bills paid. I really enjoyed living here and my
Landlord is the best!.
She accepts small pets. She loves them!
It is located in the Wintberg area on the northside. It's close to Maegan beach.
It's available October 1st.

My boyfriend and I are moving 12/26. This apartment sounds perfect for us. Does your landlord have any other units that may be available in December?

Could you send pix??? I am planning to return to STT and am very interested. Could send you deposit; is your landlord "Linda?" Also, is public transportation anywhere near apartment? Thanks Debraann!!!

SOUNDS GREAT :@) My husband, myself and my nine year old daughter are moving to St Thomas in October for retirement. He's retiring at 42! We are looking for a quiet place very near the water with a great ocean view, furnished (partially) we are bringing 1 or 2 T.V.s, a king sized mattress and some lamps ans stuff and clothes. Could this be the place? Shauna
