Hello:
I will have a 1 BR/1BA cottage available in Mandahl (St. Thomas) in the first week of July. Centrally located--15 minutes to Red Hook, 15 minutes to town. Furnished with linens and housewares, full kitchen, has large deck and AWESOME down island view. Shared washer/dryer. Includes high speed Internet and cable, shared local and domestic long distance telephone service. Window AC in bedroom. No smokers, small pet considered for additional fee. I can show starting the first week in June (also when broader advertising will begin). Rent $1425 + utilities for 1 year lease; may consider shorter term at higher rate.

Hi, Is there acces to a pool or beach nearby (within walking distance) and when are you showing?

Thanks for your note.
There is no pool. From the cottage it is about a 5-7 minute *drive* to Magens Bay beach, Mandahl Bay beach or Tutu Bay beach (the latter two are pretty rocky but good for fishing, tidal pools, quiet atmosphere). Walking to these beaches is possible but count on at least 1/2 hour going and more time coming back--it's uphill. I've never walked but some neighbors have.
I am showing again on June 20 or so.
