I'm moving out of this apartment and am helping my landlords fill my place. I had a great year staying here and loved the location. 3 minutes to south shore road or 10 minutes to town.
This cottage is in a beautiful, safe, and convenient location near Tiperary on top of a hill. The back porch looks down on the valley by Milgie's Grocery and has a long stretching ocean view of the south shore and enjoys firm breezes.
-Newly renovated, updated, and painted
-New appliances (Stainless steel refrigerator and oven)
-AC room units (w remote controls) in living room and bedroom (only used them one time when I had a bad sunburn, the place is breezy!)
-New marble top counters in kitchen and bathroom
-New beautiful cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom
-Furnished with couch, end tables, hightop dining table w 4 seats, queen size bed w head board, and chest of drawers
-Washer and dryer unit
-Attached storage space (behind the washer and dryer)
-Small yard to the side and large parking area (can hold 3-4 cars)
-Trash disposal and landscaping
I'll be taking pictures and posting them as well as getting info on rent $$

Rent is $1200 a month. Available April 15th
