Downstairs end unit available10/1. No pets allowed at this property per HOA. This is a nice gated property with only 24 units and a large well maintained pool with lush grounds. Will be coming over to get unit ready (and relax a bit) in early Sept. Unit will be fully furnished, freshly painted will have new washer and dryer. $1500. mo. (going rate @ Southgate. ) looking for long term.
