1 room available in a nice 2 bedroom house STT

We are a young couple sharing one of the rooms in a 2 bedroom house. We are looking for someone to move into the other room. Preferably a mature female. We want someone who is responsible, clean, will pay rent on time, and has a car. No parties, we want a calm and peaceful living space. The house is in the Bolongo area, it is fully furnished, and all utilities are included. Cable, wifi, electric and water are all included. We also have a private pool, and you can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. $800 per month plus a $650 deposit.
