Basic furnishings (fridge, stove, microwave, bed, tv, sofa, dresser). A/C in bedroom, ceiling fan in living room. Water and basic cable included in rent. Electric separate. HI i am interested in your place for my father can you tell me if it still available and anything else that i would need to know about it. Do you have any photos that you could email me and maybe and address so that i can mapqwest and see exactly how from a store it would be because he has no car and would need to walk or take public trans. We are looking asap. Would you allow smoking outside only??? Thanks so much.

More information: The apartment is on the property of a private residence about a mile North of centerline, up on a hill. Very safe, friendly neighborhood with mango and grapefruit trees. Electricity is additional but already turned on. Cistern Water and cable are included!
