We have a one bedroom right above Sapphire Beach in a private home (Not Sapphire Resort or Village) that is fully furnished with spectacular views of St. John, the BVI and Sapphire Beach for long term rental. It comes with gas to cook on, wireless Internet, and basic cable a $85 value). 1250/month plus first, last and security.
Will consider a pet.
This is a very quiet location not like red hook which tends to be very noisy. It has flat parking and is in a gated home. It also has a pool and laundry. It has hammocks to sit in or chairs to sit by the pool.
You can walk to the Safari bus down our private road.
The bedroom has AC and a king size bed.
