The very spacious apartment is an upstairs beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that accepts pets. Rent is $1700 a month plus electric. Electric is already turned on so you won't have the hassle. Cable, DSL, water, gas, yard care and monthly pest control are included in the rent. Cable includes all extended basic as well as all movie channels.

Its really hard to find an apartment that includes all of those utilities, especially in a furnished unit that takes pets and is in a safe neighbourhood.

All appliances are included, front loading high efficiency washer and commercial size dryer, great for all those beach towels! A/C in all the bedrooms (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans), brand new convection stove, fridge, microwave, TVs, etc...

The yard is fully fenced all the way around the property and then fenced again so the upstairs and downstairs have their own yards. Plenty of parking for your cars and for your toys.

We are located in a valley on the east end, very close to so many wonderful beaches and the house catches incredible breezes. We are about 6 or 8 minutes away from the main town of Christiansted, and about 15 minutes to from Hovensa.

Pictures of the house may be viewed at http://www.flickr.com/photos/chantellestx/ I am not a great photographer and people have told me it looks much bigger in person. Its about 1700 to 1800 sq ft.

Please call Chantelle at 340-719-4682 after 5pm or email at chantellestx@gmail.com

Read again:

I don't think electric is included in the rate, only cable DSL, water, gas, yard care and pest control.

Pazd4 it is on St Croix on the east end of the island. It does not include electric. You will not find electric included on any 2 or 3 bedrooms. Its rare to find it included on a 1 bedroom. We do however include more utilities then most landlords do. 🙂

Well, how much the electric is depends on how much you use it. And our electric rates per khw can go up and down month to month on st croix. As you might have heard on this board electric is pretty expensive on st croix compared to most places. I've seen people pay $100 a month I've seen people pay $500 and up, it all depends on you and your use. 🙂

Not having it furnished would be more per month. Buying a storage space here is incredibly expensive compared to stateside. I appreciate anyone wanting to negoiate but this would be too big of a headache for us right now. Everything in the unit is pretty much new and very nice as you can see from the pictures. I would be happy to remove any decorations someone didn't like, like towels, curtains, pots, pans, etc....but the big stuff has to stay.

Its rare to find month to month and when you do, you will have greater moving out costs as it is expensive to turn over a unit and get it ready for the next person. We will to as little as 6 months to a year.

Always happy to answer any questions. 😀

Thanks
Chantelle

Pazd4 I do not think you are going to find the landlord paying power. It's just too expensive!
