I have a large partly furnished house in safe, secluded upscale Estate Little Lagrange two miles east of Frederiksted. The upstairs offered for rent has three bedrooms and two baths (one with separate toilet and bidet and each bathroom has two separate wash basins and medicine cabinets). The living room is very large and has vaulted ceilings and there is a full kitchen and laundry room. I live in the downstairs apartment and any maintenance problems will be taken care of immediately either by me or a professional if needed. There is plenty of space for parking. The house has a fenced tree shaded yard suitable for children or pets. We use solar hot water and there are solar panels on the roof together with state-of-the-art storage batteries that keep the cistern water pump and other essentials running whether WAPA lines are working or not, so that there is always running hot and cold water etc during extended power outage periods like during or after hurricanes. The house sits about 400 feet up on a hill facing west with unobstructed views of the ocean and Frederiksted from the front porch, master bedroom and living room that are breathtaking. There is a private newly paved road all the way to the driveway with no other houses on it. The house is surrounded by 4+ acres of rain forest that are part of the property and there are many more surrounding acres of rain forest. There are no neighbors to speak of up here other than a few tenants living in a small house on another part of the property. Tenants are also welcome to Carambola or star fruit from trees along the driveway.
