1Bdrm Apt Northside St. Thomas Available February 1

Good day All:

We have a 1 bedroom apartment that will be available February 1. We are located in Surrey Circle, Estate Lerkenlund which is near the top of Crown Mountain overlooking Megan's Bay. This area is a hidden tropical gem on St. Thomas. The road to the apartment is private and very secure, The breezes are amazing, it is cool during the day and almost "cold" at night.

This apartment was rented for almost 10 years until our tenant left island. It was in good shape but I took the opportunity to do a complete modernization to the space over the last 5 weeks.

I built and installed all new kitchen cabinets, new stove with oven, new refrigerator, new lighting (including under the cabinet lighting), new bathroom toilet, new bathroom pedestal sink, new shower fixtures, new kitchen fixtures, new built in closet, new trim all the way around, new back door to replace the outdated sliding glass door. I and my father-in-law are furniture makers and by the first of February we will have installed all new wooden window screens, a new solid mahogany headboard and frame to replace the iron and wicker that is there, we are building a mahogany coffee table as well as other pieces which will be in the apartment by the 1st.

The apartment has all modern conveniences with WIFI, Dish Network Cable, all utilities (including WAPA), separate entrance, parking, washer and dryer at the house and full tank of propane gas,

The rent is $875.00 per month with one month deposit. We can do a 6 month lease, but prefer a 1 year lease.

This is a lot of information I know and probably sounds too good, but it is not and this is a great apartment for someone who is clean and responsible. Like the rest of our neighbors we are local couple and Surrey Circle is an "old family" neighborhood on ST. Thomas were we look out for each other out of respect and love. So we are looking for a tenant who is looking for those same qualities and life.
