Located on the north coast of the island between Christiansted and Frederiksted Judith’s Fancy is considered by many to be one of the nicest/safest neighborhoods on St. Croix. Access to the neighborhood is through an entry gate that is manned by security 24 hours a day. The rent is $1000 per month ($1100 for two people) and this includes all utilities except cable t.v.and/or Internet. The apartment is already wired for cable t.v. and broadband Internet if you choose to set either up. I have also been able to access a wireless signal with my laptop. The apartment is fully furnished, including table/chairs, a lounge chair, and grille for the porch. The apartment has a great view of the beach/water, and is located up on a hill allowing for a cooling breeze. Please let me know if you would like any more information. It is too late to edit my post, but would also like to add that the apartment has all a new stove/refridgerator and was recently remodled. There is also a washer and dryer for the apartment, pest services, trash pickup, and a box for mail delivery. The apartment will be available mid-Dec.
