I have a 1br/1ba unit available in Point Pleasant Resort on the East End. Available 4/1. Rental terms from minimum 3 months to 1 year+. $1,400/mo + Utilities (Water, elec, cable).
Community is gated w/ on site security. Beachfront. Tennis courts, 3 pools. 2 on-site restaurants. Walk to beach. Awesome views.
On island management means quick response and great customer service for any questions/issues that may arise.
