The location is on the north-side of St. Thomas located above Dorothea beach. You can hear the waves.
The rental has its own driveway for parking 1 vehicle and the surrounding area is lush, quiet and safe.
Rental amount is $1600 per month plus a $1000 security deposit for monthly rental.
Rental amount includes electricity, high speed internet connection, water, DISH TV, laundry facilities on premises,
Terminix comes every other month and monthly grounds maintenance service. The property has a generator.
Sorry, no pets and no smokers.
You do need a vehicle in this location as we are not near any public transportation.
Just bring your suitcase as rental has dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, linens and towels, etc.

Quiet, clean, responsible, mature individual will be considered for long term rental.

Can be available for weekly rentals @ $750.00 per week.
