Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, fully furnished and equipped, including A/C, TV, house wares, linens, etc. Large covered balcony and lots of windows and sliding doors. Sliding rate, according to length of stay. Available approx. late May-June1. 2 Bdrm 5A
1-2 months - $1800 per month
3-5 months - $1500
6-11 months - $1450
12 months - $1350

Cozy and cute 1 bedroom, fully furnished and equipped including A/C, TV, house wares, linens, etc. Ideal for 1 person, but could be comfortable for a couple, as well. Available approx. first week of June . 1 Bdrm 6B
1-2 months - $1100 per month
3-5 months - $950
6 months+ - $850

Electric and water are additional, but already on. Dish TV, Internet and garbage pick-up are all included free of charge.

Both units are located in our small complex, approx. 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, on a small, private, dead-end road, with no through traffic, yet so very accessible to most of the island, including the hospital, Hovensa, Sunny Isle, beaches, restaurants and much more. We have a coin laundry, parking, pest control and a full-time, live-in, maintenance man for your convenience.

Hi everyone!

The one bedroom is no longer available, at least not for a while longer....

The two bedroom will be taken starting mid-July, so....if anyone wants just 6 weeks, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished, etc...as stated above, it will be $1800 for the whole 6 weeks. June 1-July 13. If the unit is open a few days early (which I expect), no extra charge if you want to take it earlier.
