I have 2 furnished apartments available and another coming up soon, so....we're offering deals!!
For a 6 month lease, the 6th month is half price.
For a 12 month lease, the 6th AND 12th months are Free!! Excellent timing to do your Christmas shopping and plan your spring break vacation.

1 Bedroom 1A - $800 per month
Efficiency 1B - $650 per month
First, last and deposit.
Rent includes Dish Satellite TV, wireless Internet, monthly professional pest control.
Electric and water are additional, but already on. No connect fee or utility deposit.
Plenty of parking and coin laundry in the building. Lots of green space, too.
Pet friendly, with some exceptions.
Shorter terms available, at a slightly higher rate. The incentives are only offered for the 6 month and/or 12 month lease.
