I have a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom available on March 1st, can be shown now.
Both apartments are fully furnished, large decks, fabulous views. This is high up on Crown Mountain, must have a car. It is a very quiet and secluded neighborhood.
2 bedroom 1400/mo does not include electric.
1 bedroom 1100/mo includes electric.
First/last and half month security for either required.
Available for short term at a higher rate.
Pets considered.

Hi Suzette,
I'm moving to the VI on April 1st, are either of these still available. I would probably be more interested in the 1 bedroom for short term, possibly long term. Is a washer/dryer included?

The 2 bedroom is rented. The one bedroom is available as of the 1st of April.

Hi. My name is JP. I am moving to St. Thomas in the middle of April. Are any of your properties still available? If they are not available, would you happen to know of anything that you would be able to point me to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I was wondering if the 2 bedroom apartment was still up for rent? I along with my roomate work at Coral world and are looking for a long term rental. Thank you so much!
