$1295 per month - Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath - Great for a small family or roommates. Lots of windows, sliding glass doors, ceiling fans, A/C in bedrooms, large covered gallery (balcony). Rent quoted is based on 6 month lease, or longer. Shorter term may be available, at a higher rate. Also will consider unfurnished for long term rental. $1295 security deposit.
