Hello,
I am still looking for a 2 bedroom condo/apt to rent long term beginning in September. I will be in STT beginning July 28 for a week looking to find a place and sign a lease. If anyone has any info it would be much appreciated. I've been checking out the Island Trader, but figure that wont do me much good until next week when I am actually there.
Thanks,
Lauren

Lauren: I am a realtor and have a two bedroom, one bath cottage in Frenchman's Bay for $1500/month. Great gated place. Then I have a two bedroom, two bath at Palm Gardens Condo complex for $1850/month. Let me know any questions.

Hello

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished upper unit at Mahogany Run that will be available in September. Should you wish to see it during your visit I can arrange that. Also I have photos if you'd care to see them or you can visit my VRBO site. http://www.vrbo.com/92812
The lease is $2500.00 per plus utilities and first / last/ / security deposit required.

Let me know is you have any questions,

Harry

Kate: Do you mean the Frenchman's Bay Cottage? It is available the third week of August and the rent is $1500/month. PM me for any details or if you would like to see it. Donna Wheeler, Realtor, David Jones Real Estate 340-514-4309
