2 Bdrm/2 Bath apt. on STX available for March

I have a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment available approximately March 1. The unit is mostly furnished, including some house wares. The living room sofa and chair belong to the current tenant, but everything else (bedroom furniture, dining furniture, etc.) comes with the unit. We can leave the living room vacant or furnish, depending on your needs. It does have a table (or 2) and a TV and stand.

I do have some living room furniture you could use at first (if you want to look for your own stuff), but I need it back.

As is, or with "borrowed" living room furniture, $1295 per month, based on 6 months, or longer. Dish Satellite TV and wireless Internet are free, as well as garbage pick up on site.

We also offer other rate options, depending on your length of stay.

Electric and water are additional, but already on. No hassle or separate deposits.

Fantastic, mid-island location, convenient to most of the island, in a nice residential area with no thru-traffic. We have a full time, live in maintenance man and owner/manager (me8-)) on site.

I do not have current pictures of this unit. It was rented long term and as the previous tenant was moving out, the current tenant was moving in! I will try to get some posted to our website, but in the meantime, you can go to the site at http://www.virginislandsrentals.com and take a look at the Apartments page and look at any of the 2 Bdrm unit pictures. They are all similar.
