Looking for a long term 2 bed condo rental on STX. Condo Row (ie. Club St. Croix, Mill Harbor etc.) Anything out there under $1500/mth starting the end of December ?

Thanks. I saw only 2 Mill Harbor 2 bed condos on your site for under $1500. You have any others coming up soon?

I do have a unit at Mill Harbour that would lease within that rate per month... or a very nice one at Colony Cove at $1800 per month. Both would be available right away. The one at Mill Harbour is going to be having a few minor repair items completed the second week of January when the landlord is visiting the island. That could be a great chance for a new tenant to get any desired maintenance items addressed without delay. 🙂
