I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished apartment on St. Croix, available mid-March, possibly a little before. Located in a small complex approximately 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted and convenient to Hovensa, Hospital, Sunny Isle, north shore beaches, restaurants and much more! We do recommend you have a car.
The unit is available for either short term or long term, and the rent varies according to length of stay.
Rent range from $1325 to $1800.
All rents are per month and do not include electricity and water. They are additional, but already on. The rent does include Dish Satellite TV, wireless Internet and garbage pick-up.
Coin laundry, plenty of convenient parking and green space. Lovely sea views from the property and nice, very green, view from the covered gallery of the apartment. We are located on a small private road, just off Rte. 75 (Northside Rd), in a nice residential area.

The current tenants will definitely be out before mid-March. I still don't have an exact date, but probably just a couple more days.
