This is a nice, secure, clean furnished condo overlooking the ferry dock in Red Hook. Laundry on site and covered parking area included. Electric and water metered and billed separately. I am looking for a party to take over my lease as I have not been able to find a room mate and cannot afford to stay here. My current lease is for another 10 months and may be able to be negotiated with landlord. Rent is $1800 a month plus $1800 security deposit. If you could hold off till feb 1st i could move there. If you wouldnt mind giving me some insight? Where on STT is the best place to get a good serving job? Or what island?

Or January 1st, we will have 3 people coming with my party. (Jmaup if you want to join in you're welcome to... as long as your cool 🙂 ). But we can only stay until the end of april.

Hi, I'm coming to STT to take a job for 3 months to 12 months at the hospital. I/m a Midwife, and my travel company will need for me to stay somewhere... still available? I need to move in around 7-10 days from now. Thanks, Suzanne
