Hello there again everyone. I wanted to let seekers know that I have knowledge of a studio consisting of a large bedroom/study w/ access to in house washer/dryer/cooking facility (light cooking), full sized fridge and a patio with a sea view just east of C'sted. For more information, please PM me with your name and phone number and I will ensure it gets to the land lady.
I also will have a studio apartment fully loaded (DSL, Basic cable, DVD, CD, TV, pots, pans, dishes, stove, fridge, large patio) available starting October 5. Prefer PMV or short term tenants, but can work out longer term with deposit (Summer rate w/ all utilities: $750; In season $950 or can work out an average).
Additionally, there is a great 1 bedroom/LR/Kitchenette, again, fully loaded with huge patio and all furnishings open in October, December, and again beginning March 1 of 08. January and February I am waiting for confirmations, however those months may be possible as well. I will update as soon as I know. Again, all utilities included, will negotiate rate depending on length of stay and time of year. Currently, $65/night, discount for more than 2 weeks; in season (December) $78 per night, discount may apply depending on length of stay.
For short term stays, linens and towels provided as well as basic paper products. Cleaning can be negotiated including dishes, floors, etc.
Please private message me so I receive a notification. 1/2 of intended stay deposit required. Photos will be provided. Both are .25 miles from Gallows Bay, .5 miles to Fort Christiansted and old city/boardwalk.

I wanted to let you know that I have bookings all of the way through '09 for the apartments, but still availability this fall and some of the winter/spring. If you need a place to do your PMV, PLEASE write now so that you can secure a place as word has gotten out, and I am getting calls from people on the island that want to move from single rooms to apartments or to be closer to their work.
Just want to keep you updated.
