Hello there folks! I am working with some contractors and owners to get some large studio and large 1 bedroom apartments available for all of the many, many people who are moving. They will be opening up in July, August and September. If you send me by PM an email address, I can send the basic information as well as an application. This will put you in a great position to 'get in' on these before they disappear.

Hello there. I am sorry I did not mention St. Croix as the island which did cause some confusion. The first 3-6 apartments on Hermon Hill and La Grande Princesse, near Pelican Cove, will be photographed, measured etc by the end of this week. For those of you who have written and provided an email address, I will send the photos as soon as I have them. The price range as all the apartments become available for rental will be approx. $650-$1,400.
