2001 Mitsubishi Montero, STX for sale

Good evening all:

I just heard from a coworker who moved from STJ that she wants to sell her 2001 Mitsubishi Montero. I have seen it and driven it. Nice ride, great sound system, 62,000 miles. Everything up to date. 7 seats, 6 cyls, 4-wheel drive. One headlight bulb went out and back light lens need replacement, but parts have already come in. The just needs to switch out. Also wants to get it thoroughly cleaned prior to sale (though it is a lot cleaner than my car....LOL)
