A two bed, one bath, fully furnished apartment for rent immediately!! Could use some painting so lower your rent by doing some housework!! Great breeze, overlooks Red Hook harbor. Has a washer, line dry. Parking available if needed. One mile walk to the ferry. Close to latitude 18. $1800 a month (doing some housework would lower rent), utilities negotiable. Wireless internet. Very accommodating!! Needs to be rented ASAP!!
