I am moving to St. Thomas on Wednesday, July 14th and will stay in a temporary rental (haven't found it yet, but will) until I find a place to live. I will be working in Charlotte Amalie. I would like a nice place that is priced below $1200 and I prefer one that includes utilities in the price. For the right price and location, I am flexible on any of the terms.
I am very responsible, keep a super clean home and I have exemplary values and ethics. If you have a landlord that wants someone that will take care of their property and keep it in immaculate condition, then I am their choice. I am a mature, responsible, 49 year old, professional female who does not smoke, drink or party and I need a place to live. The price is what I am most interested in, and that it is clean. I don't mind a studio type apt, or 1 bedroom if the price is right. If you have something, let me know.
