its $1800 a month with a year lease

I am extremely interested in your property. Could move in May. I currently live in Frenchman's Bay and have 2 dogs - one is a mini dachshund and the other is a Labrador - both house trained. Is the apartment unfurnished? Can I check it out? I would have no problems doing a lease - only reason I would like to move is that I really want a washer and dryer.
