We have just completely renovated our 2BR / 2Bath house located on the East End in the Catherine's Hope area. The home is an octagon shape that sits on a pedestal and is approx 1,100 sq ft. The home has an expansive deck and views out to The Reef golf course, Buck Island and the Yacht Club.
The home is in brand new condition and has been completely outfitted with ALL NEW high-end furniture, appliances, kitchenware, etc. and all you need to bring is your suitcase! Both bedrooms are setup as "master style" with queen beds - one has an adjoining bathroom and the other has access to the deck area.
At the moment we are gauging interest on whether a short or longer term lease is the best way to go - so we're flexible on that aspect, as well as the monthly rental fee.

My partner was just transferred to St Croix for 1 + yr and will be arriving on island on 01 removed link We are very interested in your 2/2 rental for the period of 1 yr lease. Will you please fwd pics & price.

We just found out his on-island arrival date has been moved up to either Monday, Jan 14 or Wednesday, Jan 16 .
