I have a fully furnished, beautiful 3 bd 2.5 ba in Questa Verde, this is located in the center of the island, 5 minutes to Christiansted, it has a southshore view with a nice Caribbean breeze. Gated community, pool, backup generator. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has all new stainless steel appliances, a new W/D in unit and new accordian shutters. I reduced the asking price to $135,000 or have it for rent at $1400 plus utilities, but am willing to work with prospective tenants. For photos or if you would like to see it, please PM me.
