I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home for rent at Peppertree Terrace. Mid island location across from the hospital. Recently renovated. Unfurnished. Asking $875 per month.

How close/far is that to the Superior Courthouse in Kingshill? Bills included? Dogs allowed?

Smaller dogs r ok. Rent includes water. Wapa is additional.its a ten minute. Drive to the courthouse

Hi Jumbie! We are moving to STX in a few weeks as soon as escrow closes on our house here in CA. We will be staying with a friend the first few days we get there and will then be looking for a short term rental while wAiting for our stuff to arrive. But after that if this unit is still available we would be interested in looking at it and renting it. We do have a dog who is in between a small and medium size. He is 27 pounds and is full grown and very well behaved. I will check back as we know more. But if you would like to call me, or rather me call you let me know and we can exchange info. Thanks!
