Minimum 3 bedroom, 3 bath, furnished rental needed beginning Nov. 10, 2014 for 6 med students working at RLSH in St. Thomas.
Each of the bedrooms need 2 beds for students to double up.
They will be working long hours or studying so need safe, quiet atmosphere, with reliable internet access. A/c also required. Something within easy commuting range to hospital preferred. Nothing too far west.
University will sign 1 year lease and be responsible for rental amount and utilities. $3200.00 max., not including utilities.
