I'm moving out of a 3 bedroom house in Judith's Fancy. Across from the ocean with a pool. Great neighborhood. Big living room. Unfurnished. It is near the beach. Large yard. Very safe. Convenient location. Wonderful neighborhood, great for a family. I'm not the landlord but expect it is in the $2000-$2500 range. Landlords have been great but are off island. When things are broken they have reimbursed for any repairs.

It is still available. A realtor is going to take a look at the house this Saturday. We haven't shown it to anybody yet. PM me and I can give you details or my phone to discuss. I'll post again here if we find someone.
