Bump, This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a FURNISHED large apartment that needs a Three bedroom place. My wife's Aunt rents month to month so no lease required and no credit checks or references required. This is old school renting at it's best.

This apartment is fully furnished and even includes a washer and dryer in the apartment. It has a great water view as well.
