3 Huge, 1 br. apts., Hermon Hill, REDUCED

Hello there everyone! I spoke with several property owners who do not want to wait for the fall crowd to come, and in turn have reduced their long term rental rates. These three, oversized one bedroom, mostly furnished with full kitchens, private balconies, huge bedrooms, laundry room with several washers and dryers, etc. have been reduced from $1,200 to $1,050 per month. As they were rented for this amount years ago, they will not last long.
