The apartment is an upstairs furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that accepts pets. Rent is $2000 a month plus electric. Electric is already turned on so you won't have the hassle. All appliances are included, washer and dryer, great for all those beach towels! A/C in all the bedrooms (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans), stove, fridge, microwave, etc... Nice patio with grill so you can grill up what you caught at the beach or just relax and enjoy the view. The yard is fully fenced all the way around the property and then fenced again so the upstairs and downstairs have their own yards. Plenty of parking for your cars and for your toys.
Cable, water, gas, yard care and monthly pest control are included in the rent.
We are located in a valley on the east end, very close to so many wonderful beaches and the house catches incredible breezes. We are about 6 or 8 minutes away from the main town of Christiansted, and about 15 minutes to from Hovensa.

Forgot to mention the unit has 3 tvs. One is a 32" plasma and I think the other two or 20" or 27". We have full cable with all the movie channels. We also put our old xbox up there with tons of games.
