The apartment is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs unit that accepts pets on the east end of the island. Rent is $2000 a month plus electric. Included in the rent are Water, Gas, DSL, Cable (all movie channels), yard & pest control. There are very few places of this size that will include all of that in the rent! Plus the electric is already turned on so you don’t have to hassle with WAPA.
All appliances are included; washer and dryer, great for all those beach towels! A/C in all the bedrooms (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans throughout the house), stove, fridge, microwave, etc... The house is furnished with 2 TVs and 3 Cable boxes in case you have a TV of your own. The house is also fully furnished with furniture, of coarse, but all pots, pan, dishes, towels, linens, etc, you just need your toothbrush.
The bathrooms have been totally remodelled down to the studs, so there are new beautiful new vanities, tubs, etc… The Master bedroom has a very large soaker tub.
The yard is fully fenced all the way around the property and then fenced again so the upstairs and downstairs have their own yards. Plenty of parking for your cars, toys, kids or pets to run around or to set up a garden.
We are located on the beautiful east end of the island in a valley very close to so many wonderful beaches and the house catches incredible breezes. We are about 6 or 8 minutes away from the main town of Christiansted, and about 15 minutes to from Hovensa.
