All appliances are included; washer and dryer, great for all those beach towels! A/C in all the bedrooms (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans throughout the house), stove, fridge, microwave, etc... The house is furnished with 2 TVs and 3 Cable boxes in case you have a TV of your own.

The bathrooms have been totally remodelled down to the studs, so there are new beautiful new vanities, tubs, etc… The Master bedroom has a very large soaker tub.

The yard is fully fenced all the way around the property and then fenced again so the upstairs and downstairs have their own yards. Plenty of parking for your cars and for your toys.

We are located in a valley very close to so many wonderful beaches and the house catches incredible breezes. We are about 6 or 8 minutes away from the main town of Christiansted, and about 15 minutes to from Hovensa.
