Furnished hilltop studio on a safe, secluded 4 acre estate 2 miles due east of and overlooking downtown Frederiksted, gorgeous ocean and forest views. Kitchen has a new refrigerator, microwave and induction cook top stove which uses very little energy. The apartment has ceiling lights and fan, dresser, fold up desk and dining table with chairs, ample shelf and closet space with extra room in a storage building behind the back door. The lower bunk-bed is full size and can be converted into a couch, the top bunk is twin size. There is a Dish Network dish installed and good signals for both broadband and cell with fiber optic service available.. The windows and doors facing north, east and west allow unimpeded airflow . There is also a washer and clothes line. Rent and security are $350, electric extra.

I have been chasing everything that say pets OK. My landlady in PR was nuts all of the winters I was there, but did not get really difficult til last winter. I may have found some saner folks on craigslist today.
